Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Chinese market.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client base.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the payments and technology sectors.
  • Attend and participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and client management, preferably in the payments or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Chinese market and its unique business culture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.
  • Previous experience working with Stripe or other fintech companies is a plus.
