As a Cooperative Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of various cooperatives, ensuring they adhere to regulatory standards, and helping them achieve their full potential. Your daily tasks will involve conducting regular visits to cooperatives, providing guidance and support, and monitoring their performance. You will also be involved in capacity-building activities, training cooperative members, and advising on best practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of assigned cooperatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and cooperative laws.
• Conduct regular visits to cooperatives to assess their performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide guidance and support.
• Monitor financial records and ensure accurate reporting of financial transactions.
• Assist cooperatives in developing and implementing business plans, marketing strategies, and operational improvements.
• Organize and facilitate capacity-building activities, including training sessions and workshops for cooperative members.
• Provide advice and recommendations on best practices and innovative solutions to enhance cooperative performance.
• Coordinate with other stakeholders, including government agencies, financial institutions, and non-governmental organizations, to support cooperative development.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the status and progress of assigned cooperatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Cooperative Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cooperative development, cooperative management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of cooperative laws and regulations, particularly those applicable in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with cooperative software and tools, such as Cooperative Management Information System (CMIS) or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
