• Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from clients, providing timely and accurate responses.
• Use customer relationship management (CRM) tools like Zendesk to track and manage customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Monitor and maintain customer data in our database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing support to colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools like Zendesk is a plus.
• Previous experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
