PT Surya Duta is looking for a Deputy Recruiter to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the Recruitment Manager in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and a passion for building a diverse and inclusive workforce.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates for job openings.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to determine the suitability of candidates for the role.,Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager to develop and implement recruitment strategies and plans.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure efficient and organized recruitment processes.,Provide support and guidance to the recruitment team, including coordinating interviews and providing feedback to candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and coordinating orientation sessions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting top talent.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and stakeholders.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Understanding of local labor laws and regulations is desirable.
