📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.,Check-in and check-out guests, and process reservations.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and activities.,Handle and manage mail and packages.,Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.,Assist with event planning and coordination as needed.,Provide information about the company and its services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and computer systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with English is a plus.,Good knowledge of local language (Indonesian) is required.,Ability to work in a team and independently.
