The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our customers, ensuring they receive the best hearing solutions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert advice on hearing aids and related products to customers.,Assist customers in selecting and customizing hearing aids to meet their specific needs.,Educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of hearing aids.,Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.,Collaborate with the audiologists and technical support teams to ensure optimal customer service.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and product information.,Promote our products and services through effective communication and marketing efforts.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Audiology, Communication Sciences, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in hearing aid sales, customer service, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of hearing aid technology and products.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Experience in working with a diverse customer base is a plus.,Certification in hearing aid dispensing or related field is a plus.
