📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide first-level IT support to our team, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.
- Assist with network setup, configuration, and maintenance.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to enhance our IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues.
- Provide training and support to new employees on IT-related matters.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Proficient in using IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
