PT Sri Media is looking for a dynamic and experienced Junior Captain to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of crew members to ensure the smooth operation of our vessels. You will work closely with the ship's officers and management to achieve our operational goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of crew members to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel.,Monitor and maintain the vessel's performance, including fuel consumption, speed, and route.,Ensure compliance with all maritime laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all crew members follow safety protocols.,Communicate effectively with the ship's officers and management to report on vessel performance and any issues.,Plan and execute voyage schedules, including port calls and cargo operations.,Train and mentor new crew members to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.,Maintain accurate records of vessel operations, including maintenance logs and crew performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Captain's License and other relevant maritime certifications.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with maritime regulations, safety protocols, and best practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work extended shifts and be on call as required.
