📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting areas of strength and improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of audit plans and procedures.,Conduct interviews and document findings with stakeholders.,Identify and recommend corrective actions for identified issues.,Participate in continuous learning and development programs to enhance audit skills and knowledge.,Support the audit team in special projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.,Knowledge of accounting principles, internal control frameworks, and auditing standards.,Familiarity with audit software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
