📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Train and mentor junior baristas to maintain high standards of coffee quality and customer service.,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels of coffee beans, equipment, and supplies.,Create and maintain a welcoming and comfortable environment for customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and coffee shop standards.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the coffee shop.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barista in a high-volume coffee shop.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of baristas.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of weight.
