Hub Home Berjaya is seeking a talented Learning Development professional to join our team in Pontianak. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that align with the company's learning and development strategy.,Identify training needs and opportunities through employee feedback, performance reviews, and market research.,Implement and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet learning objectives.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to integrate learning and development initiatives into the company's overall strategy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide guidance and support to employees on their professional development and career growth.,Develop and maintain a learning management system to track and manage employee training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with employees at all levels.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
