📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that deadlines are met.,Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship.,Coordinate with team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.,Manage inventory and ensure that materials are available when needed.,Resolve production issues and coordinate with relevant departments to find solutions.,Train and develop junior staff to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the production or manufacturing industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing production schedules and meeting deadlines.,Strong knowledge of quality control and inspection processes.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with production software and tools is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred.,Experience in the Bali region is a bonus.
