📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct thermography inspections to identify potential equipment failures and performance issues.,Develop and implement RCM strategies to optimize equipment maintenance schedules.,Analyze thermography data to diagnose equipment problems and recommend corrective actions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely execution of maintenance activities.,Maintain accurate records of thermography inspections and maintenance activities.,Provide training and support to maintenance personnel on the use of thermography equipment and RCM principles.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in thermography and RCM.,Participate in project planning and execution to support the overall maintenance goals of the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Certification in thermography techniques (e.g., IRIS, FLIR, or equivalent).,Proven experience in RCM and thermography applications in industrial settings.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.,Proficiency in using maintenance management software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, or equivalent).,Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations relevant to maintenance activities.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
