📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs and ensure food quality.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Ensure the restaurant meets all legal and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Experience with inventory management and procurement.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
