In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the success of our company. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and email marketing.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.,Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding quotas.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.
