📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and other products.,Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Create user manuals, quick-start guides, and other instructional materials.,Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure clarity and correctness.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Participate in product development processes to ensure documentation needs are met.,Provide technical support to customers through documentation and other channels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
