📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, including the cash register, drawer, and surrounding area.
  • Handle cash and other forms of payment, including credit cards, ensuring all transactions are accurate and secure.
  • Assist with inventory management by counting and restocking merchandise as needed.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all local regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or retail customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of cash register operations and point-of-sale systems.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a retail or hospitality environment is a plus.
  • Must be able to start immediately.
