• Answering customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assisting with the processing of customer orders and transactions.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met and their feedback is addressed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using computer software and applications.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
