📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the distribution operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth distribution processes.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management.,Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs.,Maintain accurate records of distribution activities and performance metrics.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide regular reports on distribution performance to senior management.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with supply chain management and ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
