📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the section, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Leading and motivating the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.,Managing staff schedules, training, and development to ensure high performance.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Monitoring and analyzing section performance to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of section activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions and complaints.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and processes.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
