Bright Local Sejahtera is seeking a motivated and experienced Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a strong understanding of educational principles and practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of our employees and align with the company's strategic goals.,Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring high engagement and participation.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Collaborate with other departments to integrate learning and development initiatives into the overall business strategy.,Provide guidance and support to employees on their professional development and career growth.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to identify training and development opportunities.,Maintain accurate records of training programs and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.,Strong understanding of educational principles, theories, and practices.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training programs.,Proficient in using learning management systems and other relevant software.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
