📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage inventory and suppliers to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
