📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Monitor and maintain system performance, availability, and security.,Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.,Implement and manage security measures to protect our IT systems from threats.,Backup and recover data as needed to ensure business continuity.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to improve our IT infrastructure.,Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and services.,Document all processes and procedures for future reference and training purposes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and network protocols.,Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.,Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
