📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with procedures.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor and manage patients on ventilators, cardiac monitors, and other advanced life support equipment.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in critical care nursing through continuous education and training.
• Participate in on-call duties to ensure coverage for patients during night shifts and weekends.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient transitions between different departments.
• Promote a safe and compassionate environment for both patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Certification as an ICU Nurse from a recognized board, such as the Indonesian Nurses Association (IAN).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care nursing.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with advanced monitoring equipment such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
