📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to medical protocols.
  • Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement departmental strategies to improve efficiency, patient satisfaction, and operational performance.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Represent the department at meetings and conferences as required.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and protocols.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and technology.
  • Certifications in healthcare management or leadership are a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
