Merchant Acquisition Executive - Expand Our Pet Retail Network in Bali

In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our pet retail network across Bali's vibrant locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding new pet retail partners, driving sales growth and enhancing our brand presence in the local market.

In this role, you will work closely with our sales team, local pet retailers, and community leaders to develop and implement strategic acquisition plans. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of the pet retail industry, strong negotiation skills, and exceptional communication abilities to build and maintain long-term relationships with our partners. Daily, you will visit potential merchant locations, attend industry events, and network with key stakeholders to identify new opportunities and drive sales growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify, attract, and onboard new pet retail partners across Bali.
• Develop and implement strategic acquisition plans to expand our merchant network.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify high-potential merchant locations.
• Negotiate and finalize merchant agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local pet retailers and community leaders.
• Monitor merchant performance and provide support and guidance to ensure their success.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to stay informed about market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales growth and achieve monthly and annual targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of the pet retail industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel within Bali.
