Crystal Bold Pratama is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team in Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team in achieving their targets and contributing to the growth of our business. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Manage the company's customer database and ensure it is up-to-date.,Support the sales team in preparing and presenting proposals to potential clients.,Assist in negotiating contracts and closing sales deals.,Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's products and services.,Monitor and report on key sales performance indicators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel is a plus.
