📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily sales operations of the team.,Set and achieve sales targets and goals.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.,Train and mentor sales staff to ensure they meet performance standards.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to team members.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.,Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales supervision or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in sales and sales management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
