📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations
• Identifying risks and opportunities for improvement in our operations
• Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management
• Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures
• Providing training and guidance to junior auditors
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of our business
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal auditing
• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the insurance industry
• Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Familiarity with audit software and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
