As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all project costs are accurately estimated, monitored, and controlled. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform accurate cost planning, estimating, and control for construction and MEP projects.
  • Monitor project budgets and prepare regular cost reports for senior management.
  • Analyze cost variances and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare tender documents, including bills of quantities, schedules of rates, and cost plans.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor payments.
  • Provide technical advice and support to project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of cost management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using quantity surveying software, such as Autodesk Estimating, QS Desktop, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with construction and MEP project delivery methods.
  • Knowledge of relevant Indonesian construction industry regulations and standards.
