📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Train and mentor a team of sales consultants to ensure they meet performance expectations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.,Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize waste.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Familiarity with retail sales software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
