Tech Root Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the success of our company. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute sales campaigns.,Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of CRM software and sales processes.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
