📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify requirements,Ensure technical accuracy and clarity of documentation,Review and edit technical content for consistency and quality,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the creation of user guides, API documentation, and other technical materials,Provide technical support and training to internal teams as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field,3-5 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Proven track record of creating clear, accurate, and user-friendly technical documentation,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms,Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment is a plus
