📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products and services.,Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.,Drive sales and meet or exceed monthly targets.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals and objectives.,Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to enhance sales strategies.,Participate in training and development programs to improve sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing or sales roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Passionate about sales and customer service.
