🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management or a similar role in the food and bakery industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using sales software such as Salesforce or CRM systems.
- Experience with market research tools and data analysis software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
