📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the machine shop, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and production schedules.
• Schedule and assign work orders to machinists, optimizing resource utilization and meeting project deadlines.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and tools, identifying and addressing any issues to prevent downtime.
• Train and mentor junior machinists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Monitor production quality and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain GEMECO’s high standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and quality control specialists, to drive process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, including ISO standards.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring timely availability for production needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a machine shop or manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of leading teams and improving production efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining, including programming and operation of various machine tools.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and ISO standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to different GEMECO locations in Bali.
