📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform pre- and post-dialysis assessments to monitor patient health and treatment effectiveness.
• Administer dialysis treatments using specialized equipment such as dialysis machines and filters.
• Monitor and record vital signs and other patient parameters during dialysis sessions.
• Provide patient education on dialysis procedures, dietary restrictions, and lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures related to patient safety and infection control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dialysis Nurse or related healthcare role.
• Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
• Knowledge of dialysis procedures and equipment.
• Understanding of patient-centered care and chronic disease management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
